Conventional top lights form a rectangular opening B in the roof A of a building, attach a frame C around the four circumferences of this rectangular opening B, and fit a glass plate D into the inner peripheral opening of the frame C.
It is common to have a structure in which a roofing material E made of a light-transmitting resin material is placed on top of the roofing material.

Another disadvantage is that when the outside temperature is low, such as in winter, condensation forms on the indoor side of the glass plate D, and this condensation forms water droplets and falls into the room.

た構造としたものである。"Means for Solving the Problem" In this invention, as shown in FIG. A square cylindrical frame 4 is formed to protrude upward, a vent 5 is formed on the circumferential surface of the square cylindrical frame 4, and a glass plate 6 is fitted into the inner periphery of the upper end of the square cylindrical frame 4. together with the rectangular cylindrical frame 4
Cover the top end with the roofing material 7. Further, between the glass plate 6 and the planar frame 3, there is provided a dew condensation water fall prevention member 8 (see FIG. (see).

A gap is formed between the dew condensation fall prevention member 8 and the planar frame portion 3. This gap communicates with a vent 5 formed in the rectangular cylindrical frame 4. As a result, the air inside the room can be exhausted to the outside through the vent 5 formed in the rectangular cylindrical frame 4, and a ventilation function can be provided.

This condensation fall prevention member 8 is formed into a tray shape from a light-transmitting resin material, and this tray-shaped body is placed on the free end of the support piece 15 attached to the planar frame 3 with the concave surface facing downward. It is supported between the glass plate 6 and the planar frame 3. The outer periphery of the condensation fall prevention member 8 is covered with a resin cover 1.

出することができる。"Function" According to the above-mentioned top light according to this invention, the rectangular opening 14 formed by the resin cover 13 is opened as a vent in the rectangular cylindrical frame part 4 through the gap between the dew condensation fall prevention member 8 and the flat frame part 3. 5 and communicates with the outside air. As a result, when the warmed air rises inside the room, the warmed air is exhausted to the outside through the vent 5. Therefore, by installing it in a room where a large number of people gather, for example, it is possible to release dirty air to the outside.

Because of this, the water droplets 23 will not fall directly into the room. In other words, the water droplets 23 flow on the upper surface of the planar frame 3, pass through the ventilation holes 5, flow toward the outer circumferential side of the planar frame 3, and are flushed out to the outside.

Since it has a structure that prevents water droplets from falling, it is possible to provide a top light that has excellent functions in all aspects without polluting the interior of the room.
