Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the weter-proofing effect and durability of a tent by a method in which a three-dimensional trust structure is assembled on a scaffold built around a structure under construction, ropes are laid on the trust structure vertically and horizontally, and a sheet is covered on them. CONSTITUTION:A scaffold 10 of steel pipe structure is built around a structure under construction. Triangular three-dimensional trust structures 20 and 20' are assembled by using constituents 21-26 on the scaffold portion facing the longitudinal direction of the scaffold 10. Ropes 31 and 30 are tensely laid in parallel on the top end both sides in the direction of beam of the structures 20 and 20'. A netted rope N is then laid crossing the ropes 31 and 30, a sheet is covered on them, and the necessary points of the ropes 30, 31, and N are bound with small ropes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an improvement in a method for temporarily setting up a tent for rainy weather at a construction site where a building is constructed using construction scaffolding.

[Prior Art] (Background) If it rains during the construction of a building, the construction must be stopped unless the roofing work has been completed. The completion date will be delayed. This is especially true for types of work that cannot be restarted until areas that have been wet by rainwater have completely dried out, such as plastering.
In cases where rain occurs while painting or waterproofing work is being carried out, the rain can cause a significant delay in construction work, which not only increases the construction cost due to the extension of the construction period.
In some cases, this may result in undesirable consequences such as delays in the delivery date and payment of severe penalties.

(Latest prior art) Therefore, in conventional construction work, for areas that are unavoidable to get wet during rainy weather, those areas are covered with construction sheets, or disposable vinyl is hung over them and adhesive tape is used to cover them. They had done some fixing and other things.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, when covering with a construction sheet, conventionally the lobes are passed through a ring-shaped metal fitting called an eyelet (end stop) provided along the edge of the sheet side. The construction sheet was fixed by lashing it to a suitable fixed object, so in the event of strong winds, the sheet would catch the wind and the strong wind force would concentrate directly on the eyelet area, causing the sheet to be damaged along with the eyelet. This can cause accidents such as tearing the side edges. The occurrence of this accident makes it impossible to reuse relatively expensive construction sheets, so the method of covering with construction sheets has the drawback of increasing the burden on the construction company.

On the other hand, with the method of fixing disposable vinyl with adhesive tape, the price of the vinyl itself becomes cheaper, but it is undeniable that it is uneconomical because it is disposable, and there are also problems with durability compared to covering it with construction sheets. Therefore, the degree of damage caused by strong winds is likely to be greater than the damage caused by the case covered with the construction sheet described above, and the waterproofing effect will be worried accordingly.

Another method is to enclose the top of the steel frame with a tent to make it waterproof, but this method is not only extremely disadvantageous in terms of cost, but also due to the site conditions of the construction site. Its use is extremely rare due to its limitations.

The present invention was made in view of this situation, and has excellent waterproof effect, strength, and durability as a roof substitute, and can withstand reuse until the strength and function of construction sheets are lost.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a method for temporarily setting up a tent for rainy weather that is advantageous in terms of cost.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The configuration of the present invention for achieving this object is a method for temporarily erecting a tent for rainy weather at a construction site where a building is constructed using construction scaffolding. ) Metal three-dimensional truss structures with polygonal end faces of triangular or larger end shapes are installed facing each other on the top of the construction scaffolding located on both sides, and the two three-dimensional truss structures are installed almost parallel to each other between the two three-dimensional truss structures. At the same time, a plurality of rib lobes are stretched in a direction intersecting the stretching direction of the girder direction ropes, and a plurality of rib lobes are stretched almost parallel to each other in a direction intersecting the stretching direction of the girder direction ropes. The purpose is to hold the construction sheet in a planar manner by a mesh rope formed by two types of rope groups, and to temporarily fix each side edge of the construction sheet to at least the construction scaffolding. In this case, the scaffolding for construction needs to be strong and solid as a whole, so it is preferable that it is made of metal pipes that surround the building. This is because the side located in the longitudinal direction of the structure (
For example, it is effective to select the gable side of the building.

Therefore, the construction sheet is preferably made of canvas, which has excellent strength, but it may also be made of synthetic resin with reinforcing material, and has eyelets on each side edge and has predetermined intervals on the entire surface. It is preferable to have a plurality of lobe passage pieces through which rib lobes aligned with each other can be passed.

In this case, the method of combining the girder direction rope group and the rib rope group with the construction sheet is as follows: ■ Each of the rib rope groups is individually stretched across the girder direction rope group, and both of the ropes stretched in a mesh are stretched. The top of the rope group is covered with a construction sheet, and then the sheet is secured to both or one of the rope groups using a thin lashing rope or the like.

■ A large number of rope loop pieces are installed in advance on the side of the construction sheet, and before the sheet is covered, the rib lobes are passed through the rope loop pieces and assembled integrally with the construction sheet. In addition, the fixing of the girder direction rope group to the three-dimensional truss structure and the fixing of the rib lobe group to the construction scaffolding shall be done by any appropriate method. It is preferable to fix each side edge of the structure not only to the construction scaffolding but also to the three-dimensional truss structure.
As for the method of fixing them, for example, it is desirable to provide eyelets on each side edge of the sheet, and to tie a thin cod rope or the like through the eyelets to a scaffold or the like.

As explained above, in the method for temporarily erecting a tent for rainy weather according to the present invention, the three-dimensional truss structure images 20.・Make a substitute roof skeleton (mesh rope N) with the girder direction rope group 30 stretched between 20 degrees and the rib rope 40 stretched across it, and cover it with the construction sheet 50. Since it was used as a substitute roof, it became impossible to temporarily erect a lightweight and strong tent for rainy weather with relatively simple work.

[Effects of the invention] As stated above, when A-Ming is used, it has excellent waterproof effects, strength, and durability as a substitute for B binding, and can withstand reuse until the strength and function of construction sheets are lost. Furthermore, it is possible to realize a method for temporarily setting up a tent for rainy weather that is advantageous in terms of cost.

(1) In a temporary construction method for a tent for rainy weather at a construction site where a building is constructed using construction scaffolding, a polygonal end face with an end face shape of triangular or larger is placed on the top of the construction scaffolding located on both sides of the building. Metal three-dimensional truss structures with shapes are provided oppositely, and a plurality of girder-direction ropes are stretched between both three-dimensional truss structures in parallel with each other, and intersecting with the extending direction of the girder-direction ropes. A plurality of rib ropes are stretched almost parallel to each other in the directions of A method for temporarily constructing a tent for rainy weather, which comprises assembling the sheet so that each side edge of the sheet is fixed to at least the construction scaffolding.
