Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely execute the countermeasures against a rainfall for an outside scaffold in a construction site easily and surely. CONSTITUTION:A roof curing frame 1 constituted of the approximately T-shaped first frame 11 and the approximately L-shaped second frame 12 connected to the upper end of a standard frame 3 on the top of a scaffold is provided, and roof members 11b and 12b of the first and the second frames are connected to each other to form a series of roof frames 13. A lap section 22 covering, a connection section between adjacent sheets 2 and 2 is provided to the roof sheet 2 covering them and is locked with face-shaped fasteners 23 and 24. Accordingly, the top of the scaffold can be covered with the roof sheet, and the incursion of rain water from the connection section between the sheets can be prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art A scaffold temporarily installed outside a building in a construction work has a main purpose of securing a working space and preventing a fall or the like for safety, and rain countermeasures are generally insufficient. That is, conventionally, there are many emergency cases where a pipe material is appropriately erected on the upper part of the scaffold and a sheet is appropriately stretched on this, so that rain cannot be completely prevented and workability in rainy weather deteriorates, The external finishing work was a factor in extending the construction period depending on the weather.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the roof curing frame of the present invention is attached to a vertical member connectable to the upper end of the building frame at the uppermost stage of the scaffold and the upper end of this vertical member. A substantially T-shaped first frame composed of a roof member, a vertical member connectable to the upper end of the building frame at the uppermost stage of the scaffold, and a substantially L-shaped roof member attached to the upper end of the vertical member. A second frame is provided, and the roof members of the first frame and the second frame are connected to each other to form a series of roof frames. In this case, the length of the roof frame can be adjusted by changing the connecting position of the roof members of the first frame and the second frame, and one of the vertical members of the first frame and the second frame can be adjusted. It is desirable to be able to adjust the length of the.

[Operation] The roof members of the first frame and the second frame are connected to each other to form a series of roof frames, and the vertical members of each frame are connected to the upper end of the innermost and outermost building frames of the scaffolding top stage, respectively. By doing so, a frame for mounting the roof sheet is constructed. The roof sheet uses connecting holes to connect adjacent sheets and attach it to the roof curing frame, and cover the connecting portion between the sheets with the overlapping portion and connect the overlapping portion and the side edge of the adjacent sheet with sheet fasteners. As a result, the scaffold can be covered like a roof, and the seat can be attached in a state where water does not enter from the connection portion.

The roof member 12b has the same inclination angle as the roof member 11b, and a series of roof frames 13 is formed by inserting the roof member 12b into the lower end of the roof member 11b and connecting them to each other. This connection is performed by a known method of inserting the fixing pin 14a into the pin hole 14b.
The position of 4b is selected so that the dimension between the vertical members 11a and 12a becomes the standard dimension between the inner and outer building frames of the uppermost stage of the scaffold. It should be noted that the roof members 11b and 12b may be connected and fixed to each other so as to have a predetermined length, and connecting means other than those shown in the figure can be appropriately adopted.

As described above, the roof curing frame 1 can form a one-way type roof to cover the scaffold.
A double-flow type roof can be constructed by combining a pair of roof curing frames 1 as described above. In FIGS. 7 and 8, reference numeral 9 denotes a connecting member bent in a dogleg shape in accordance with the inclination of the roof member 11b, and the fixing pin is inserted into the roof member 11b arranged so that both ends 9a, 9a face each other. It can be fixed with 9b. The two roof members 11b are securely connected to each other by the arm lock 4. The connection of the arm lock 4 is performed by using the connection pin 15 or the connection pin 15 'separately provided as shown in the drawing. .. FIG. 9 shows an example of the frame 5 that constitutes the double-flow type roof in this way, and since the part of the parapet 6 can also be covered, the work related to the parapet and its surroundings will not get wet during rainy weather. Can be done in.

As is apparent from the above-described embodiments, the roof curing frame of the present invention has a substantially T-shaped first frame which can be connected to the upper end of the building frame at the uppermost stage of the scaffold and a substantially L-shaped first frame. The roof members of the first and second frames are connected to each other to form a series of roof frames. Therefore, by connecting the top and bottom of the scaffold top and bottom of the building frame, a frame suitable for placing a roof sheet can be easily obtained, and the workability tends to deteriorate by placing the roof sheet on the frame. It is possible to secure a good working environment even in rainy weather. Also, the length of the roof frame can be adjusted by changing the connecting position of the roof members of the first and second frames, and further, the length of either one of the vertical members of the first and second frames can be adjusted. With such a configuration, the interval of the vertical members can be matched with the interval of the building frame, and the position of the lower end of the vertical member can be matched, which is convenient for use in the field.

Further, the roof sheet of the present invention is provided with a lap portion which covers a connecting hole portion for connecting between adjacent sheets, and can be connected to a side edge of the adjacent sheet by a sheet fastener. .. Therefore, not only connecting adjacent roof sheets and connecting them to the roof curing frame using the connecting holes, but also covering the connecting portions between the sheets with the overlapping portion to prevent rainwater from entering from the connecting portions. This is extremely effective for maintaining a good working environment in rainy weather.
