Conventionally, permeable pipes used for back drainage of retaining walls, dark drainage, etc. have either a pipe body 1 made of concrete or vinyl chloride, etc., with a large number of through holes 2 as shown in Fig. 1, or The tube body 3 as shown in FIG. 2 is formed of a water-permeable thick cloth made by intertwining synthetic fibers etc. in a non-woven fabric, and the core material 4 is made of thick Saran fiber, palm fiber, etc. to make the tube body 3 hollow. It was used to fill the inside of the chamber. However, the former type of water permeable pipe is heavy and made of hard material, making it difficult to construct, and the through hole 2 provided in the pipe body 1 may become clogged with pebbles, etc.
The water permeability function was reduced or lost due to clogging of the tubular body 1. In addition, the latter type of water permeable pipe is easier to construct than the former because the material is lighter and more flexible, and the pipe body 3 is formed of a water permeable thick cloth intertwined in a non-woven fabric, so it is less prone to clogging. However, since the entire water permeable pipe is made of a fibrous material, there are drawbacks such as deformation of the water permeable pipe if the external pressure at the installation location is large, resulting in a reduction or loss of its function.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention is lightweight, flexible, easy to construct, has resistance to external pressure, minimizes deformation of the pipe, and has a permanent water permeability function without causing clogging. It is intended to provide a tube,
The gist of this is that in water-permeable pipes used for back drainage of retaining walls, dark drainage, etc., a rigid pipe is inscribed in a pipe body made of water-permeable thick cloth made by intertwining natural fibers or synthetic fibers in a non-woven manner. The water permeable pipe is characterized in that cylindrical support frames made of synthetic resin are provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction of the pipe body. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

3 to 7 show an embodiment of the present invention,
In the figure, the water permeable pipe according to the present invention is designated by the reference numeral 10.
That is, the permeable pipe 10 consists of a pipe body 11 and a support frame 12, and the pipe body 11 is made of natural fibers such as coconut shell fibers, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polypropylene, inorganic fibers such as glass fibers, and mixtures thereof. It is made of water-permeable thick cloth intertwined in a non-woven manner using the body as a material, and is formed into a tube shape, with a hollow part 13 inside.
has. The support frame 12, as shown in FIG. 4, is made of a hard synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride, and has a substantially square cross-section and a cylindrical shape that is short in the axial direction. The support frame 12 is arranged at a predetermined interval in the length direction of the tube body 11 so that its outer circumferential surface 12a contacts the inner circumference surface 11a of the tube body 11, and is fixed integrally with an adhesive or the like. be done.

The water-permeable pipe 10 having the above-mentioned structure has a plurality of support frames 12 coated with an adhesive or the like on the outer periphery thereof, arranged on a water-permeable thick cloth at predetermined intervals so as to correspond to the length direction of the pipe. The support frame 12 is wrapped around the support frame 12 and wrapped around the support frame 12 approximately once as much as possible to form a tube shape as a whole. The water permeable thick cloth is cut in the length direction of the tube body 11, and the end portion 1 is wrapped around the support frame 12.
It can be easily manufactured by bonding 4 with an adhesive or the like.

Further, the water permeable pipe 10 has a fifth pipe similar to the conventional water permeable pipe.
As shown in Figures a and b, by providing water such as rainwater on the back side of the retaining wall 30, water such as rainwater that collects on the back side of the retaining wall 30 can reliably pass through the permeable pipe 10, for example, through a drainage hole 31 provided on the retaining wall 30. It can be poured into the groove 32 through the process. Also, as shown in Figure 6, a groove 41 is formed in the old ground 40.
By digging a trench, embedding the water permeable pipe 10 in the trench 41, and placing an embankment 41 on top of the trench, if used for dark drainage during land development, underground drainage of the created land can be reliably carried out.

As mentioned above, it can of course be used in the same way as the conventional example, and when used, the water-permeable pipe 10 is lightweight and easy to support because the pipe body 11 is made of water-permeable thick cloth and the support frame 12 is made of hard synthetic resin. Since the frames 12 are provided at predetermined intervals, only the water-permeable thick fabric, which has a high flexibility, contributes to the overall flexibility, and the water-permeable thick fabric can be cut with scissors, etc., so the workability is even better. Become. Furthermore, by providing the support frames 12 at predetermined intervals, resistance to external pressure is ensured, and the through-hole cavity 1 is able to pass through a large amount of water.
3 is ensured, water permeability improves and drainage capacity increases. Furthermore, when connecting the permeable pipe 10, as shown in FIG.
Make the other side protrude more than the support frame 12.
1 protrudes, the former end of the water permeable pipe 10 becomes convex and the latter end becomes concave, and both ends fit together, making the connection between the water permeable pipes 10 easy and reliable.

In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the support frame 12 is approximately square, but it is not limited to this, and the shape can be freely selected such as rectangular or circular, and the cross-sectional shape of the water permeable pipe 10 can also be changed accordingly. Deformable. Further, it is also possible to construct a water permeable pipe 10 in which the cross section of the water permeable pipe 10 is extremely long in one direction, for example, in the form of a flat plate. Good too.

As explained above, according to the present invention, in a water permeable pipe used for drainage from the back side of a retaining wall, etc., drainage from a dark place, etc., the inner part of the pipe is made of a water permeable thick cloth made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers intertwined in a non-woven manner. Adjacent to the tube, cylindrical support frames made of hard synthetic resin or the like are provided at predetermined intervals along the length of the tube, so it can be used in the same way as conventional water permeable tubes, and is lightweight overall. The workability is much improved as it has great flexibility and can be cut with scissors, etc., and the supporting frame ensures resistance against external pressure and provides a through-hole that allows a large amount of water to pass through, making it highly water permeable. Improved drainage capacity. Furthermore, the support frame can be used as a connecting aid when connecting the tubes, and the connection between the tubes can be made easily and reliably, which has great practical advantages.
