Abstract

PURPOSE:To safely further sanitarily hold a work environment by simultaneously cutting and sucking asbestos by a peeling member and a suction hood and introducing dust of the sucked asbestos to a collector via an enclosed circuit to be captured in the water. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously cutting and sucking asbestos by a peeling member 1 and a suction hood 2, dust of the sucked asbestos is introduced to a collector 4 via an enclosed circuit 3 being captured in the water, and the secondary capture is performed in a wet cyclone 6 while showering is applied to air passing through the collector. Further the tertiary capture is performed in a scrubber 7 and a laminated layer filter 8 for the secondary capturing air. The peeling member 1 and the suction hood 2 are integrally formed, and connecting the asbestos dust to the enclosed circuit 3 and its inside to the collector 4, wet cyclone 6 and the scrubber 7, the plural layer filter 8 is provided in the final position of the enclosed circuit 3.

In addition, while spraying and dispersing water or wetting materials for wetting, the work is mainly carried out manually using scrapers, brushes, etc. This invention was designed to remove the side layer and cutting of asbestos while maintaining the conventional work environment. The aim is to perform consistent mechanical processing from collection and recovery to storage in a transport container using a *m circuit using a suction method.
