Conventionally, in door bodies and the like, grooves are formed for decorative purposes and the grooves are painted. When painting, the worker paints with a brush following the grooves, and then wipes off the protruding parts. Alternatively, the area is masked with tape in advance and painted with a brush. As a result, it was inefficient.

Therefore, we considered a device that supplies paint into the grooves using a nozzle for painting, but there is a problem in that excess paint sometimes spills out of the grooves, making it difficult to adjust the amount of paint supplied.

An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. Figure 1 shows the nozzle part 1, and the tip is the discharge port 2.
A cylindrical paint suction nozzle 3 is coaxially provided on the outer periphery of the pipe-shaped paint discharge nozzle 2 . The tip of the paint discharge nozzle 2 slightly protrudes from the suction port 3a of the paint suction nozzle 3. Suction port 3
The inner diameter D of a is the same as the width of the groove 5 of the object 4 to be coated. The object 4 to be coated consists of a door body with a rectangular groove 5 formed therein as shown in FIG.

The paint suction nozzle 3 is a negative pressure suction device (not shown)
The paint discharge nozzle 2 is connected to a paint supply device 6 shown in FIG. The paint supply device 6 branches at the base end of a supply pipe 8 in which a supply pump 7 is interposed, and has a plurality of paint tanks 9 and 10 and a cleaning water tank 11.
It is connected to. Switching valves 12 to 14 are provided in each of the branch pipes 8a to 8c.
The first paint tank 9 contains, for example, brown paint, and the second paint tank 10 contains beige paint.

With this structure, the tip of the paint discharge nozzle 2 slightly enters the groove 5, and the nozzle part 1 runs along the groove 5, thereby supplying paint into the groove 5 and painting the inside of the groove 5. At this time, at the same time as the discharge, suction is constantly performed by the paint suction nozzle 3 opened on the outer periphery of the discharge port 22, so the paint protruding from the groove 5 is sucked by the paint suction nozzle 3, and the paint protruding from the groove 5 is sucked into the vicinity of the groove 5 of the object 4. It never sticks out. Therefore, there is no need for wiping or masking work, and painting can be performed with high efficiency.

When changing colors, the opening/closing valves 12 and 13 of each paint tank 9 and 10 are closed, and cleaning water is supplied from the cleaning water tank 11 to the paint discharge nozzle 2 to clean the inside of the paint discharge nozzle 2 and the supply pipe 8. Thereafter, only the on-off valves 12 and 13 of the paint tanks 9 and 10 of the desired paint color are opened, and the paint is supplied. In this way, since the color can be changed only by opening and closing the on-off valves 12 to 14,
Good work efficiency.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment. In this example, two discharge ports 2a' branched from a common path are provided at the tip of a paint discharge nozzle 2' facing diagonally outward from each other. In this case, there is an advantage that paint easily adheres to the side surfaces 5a of the grooves 5. The rest is the same as the first embodiment.
