Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of construction work by producing a work label list which shows the work code numbers in the order of works. CONSTITUTION:A work level list 2 is produced to show in steps each work menu for finishing construction of each house on each floor of each building of an apartment house for instance. The list 2 is distributed to each house before the start of construction. Thus a worker cuts out a relevant work code label out of the list 2 and gives it to a superintendent, etc. The superintendent reads the received label via a bar code reader and inputs the read contents to a data collector. In this case, it is inhibited to proceed to the next construction process if the step label is not removed yet since the list 2 is arranged in the order of process steps. In such a way, each process is smoothly carried out with no confusion.

[Prior art and its problems] For example, when constructing apartment complexes such as condominiums and hotels, the work process is multi-stage, and the types of work and workers differ depending on each work, so finishing work at each stage is difficult. By collecting completion data, managing the process, and clearly understanding the work process at each stage, it is necessary to eliminate confusion and rework between processes as much as possible, and to perform the overall construction work efficiently. .

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention, when performing a series of operations in a multi-step process, assigns a code number to the process step of each operation and distinguishes the work order between each operation. In this process step, a work label table is created that shows the work code number in the order of each work, and this work label table is cut out in the order of each work completion and read by the data collection means. This is a characteristic feature.

In other words, according to the present invention, a code number is attached to each process step of each operation to determine the order of the operations, and a work label table is created that indicates the operation code number in the order of each operation based on this process step. Furthermore, this work label table is cut out in the order of each work completion, read and collected by a data collection means, and a series of multi-step processes are performed, which saves labor and standardizes data collection. This makes it possible to comprehensively utilize data using personal computers, etc., and it is also possible to clearly understand whether the previous process has been completed or not, so there is no need to worry about confusion or rework between processes. This enables efficient work at each stage.

In the diagram (1) shown in Figure 1, for example, each building such as an apartment building,
The completed table shows the progress of construction work for each floor and each dwelling unit, etc., and (2) in the figure shown in Figure 2 shows the work menu for each finishing work step by step in each building and each dwelling unit on each floor. Label table (3) in FIG. 3 is a work label table for each work menu of finishing work in each dwelling unit at an intermediate stage of construction.

Based on this process chart, a barcoded work label chart (2) is created for each housing unit as shown in Figure 2.
Create. The feature of this work label table (2) is that the work coat barcodes are printed in order of process steps from the bottom.
There are perforations in the paper between each label so that they can be peeled off one by one, and each barcode is a combination of a room number and work code. For example, the work code for room 1156 is a combination of a room number and a work code. No, if 15, rl15
The code is abbreviated as 61:5J.

After the above preparations, the work label table (2) described above is placed in each dwelling unit and construction begins.
When construction is completed, cut out the relevant work code label from the work label table (2), submit it to the work supervisor, etc., and enter the data into a data collection machine (not shown) equipped with a barcode reader. . At this time, since the work label table (2) described above is in the order of process steps, if the work label table (2) is set in the order of process steps, if the label table of the step of the previous process is not cut out, the construction should not be continued. confusion can be avoided.

Also, this is an example of a work label table (3) for the intermediate stage of construction for each work menu of finishing work in each dwelling unit shown in Fig. 3. In this case, the process step (3) shown in the process chart of Fig. 4 is shown.
In ST-7), the work code (No. 9) "Insulating material pasting" and the work code (No. 10) "Flexible pasting" are at the bottom of the table, so it is okay to perform the work. Conversely, the work code (N
The work above "unit bus" in o and 11) cannot be performed because the previous work remains, and the label table cannot be cut out.

In this way, the label table, which is the performance data of each work completed that is cut out from the work label sheets (2) and (3), can be easily collected without making any mistakes. Based on the above, as shown in Figure 5, the actual output of each work is examined, or
As shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to easily manage the process for each dwelling unit by checking the completed work and the work that can be done.

In addition, in the above embodiment, NW-7 was used as the type of barcode, but other types of barcodes may be used.
Furthermore, as long as the data collection device can read codes other than barcodes, the type of code does not matter.

Furthermore, in the work label table, the labels may be arranged upside down or left and right depending on the case, and even if the same process step is limited to a single work, the work label table may be arranged, for example, in a "daily calendar". It is also possible to stack them like this and cut them out from the top.
