Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 湾曲自在な板状の可動電極と該可動電極よ
りも熱膨脹係数が大きく、且つ直線的な熱膨張収
縮性を有する湾曲自在な板状の熱応動体とを一体
に接合して積層体を構成するとともに、該積層体
の可動電極と所定間隔をおいて固定電極を対向配
置し、前記可動電極と固定電極との間に所定の加
圧力で導通するとともに加圧力の増減に応じて電
気抵抗が変化する性質を有する感圧導電体を配置
したことを特徴とする温度センサ。 (2) 湾曲自在な板状の可動電極と該可動電極よ
りも熱膨脹係数が大きく、且つ直線的な熱膨張収
縮性を有する湾曲自在な板状の熱応動体とを一体
に接合して積層体を構成するとともに、該積層体
の可動電極と所定間隔をおいて固定電極を対向配
置し、前記可動電極と固定電極との間に所定の張
力で導通するとともに張力の増減に応じて電気抵
抗が変化する性質を有する感圧導電体を配置し、
その両側端夫々を固定電極と可動電極に固定した
ことを特徴とする温度センサ。 (3) 熱伝導性を有するケースと、該ケース内に
一端側を支持し配置された直線的な熱膨張収縮性
を有する熱応動体と、該熱応動体の他端側に配置
された可動電極と、該可動電極に対向し前記ケー
スに固定された固定電極と、前記可動電極と固定
電極との間に配置され、且つ所定の加圧力で導通
するとともに加圧力の増減に応じて電気抵抗が減
少する性質を有する感圧導電体とからなることを
特徴とする温度センサ。 (4) 熱伝導性を有するケースと、該ケース内に
一端側を支持し配置された直線的な熱膨張収縮性
を有する熱応動体と、該熱応動体の他端側に配置
された可動電極と、該可動電極に対向し前記ケー
スに固定された固定電極と、前記可動電極と固定
電極との間に配置されるとともにその両側端夫々
を各電極に固定され、且つ所定の張力で導通する
とともに張力の増減に応じて電気抵抗が変化する
性質を有する感圧導電体とからなることを特徴と
する温度センサ。
