面レベルを検出する摺動可変抵抗式の主検出器本
体26を、また前記非設置室21bにはスイツチ
切換による可変抵抗式の副検出器本体29を、夫
々設け、前記設置室側の液面が零位置になつたと
き、前記主検出器本体の抵抗値を増加して液面の
零位置に相当する値を出力せしめる第1の抵抗体
34と、前記副検出器本体29に接続されて検出
回路を形成する第2の抵抗体31a,31b,3
1c,32と、前記主検出器本体の抵抗値を補正
する第3の抵抗体33a,33bとを単一のセラ
ミツク基板30上に集積して形成した集積回路を
介して前記主検出器本体26と副検出器本体29
とを並列に電気接続したことを特徴とする液面検
