Claims (1)
- 入力を交流的に接地した被測定増幅器にリプル
成分を含む直流電圧を供給する電源すると共に、
増幅器の出力に電源電圧のリプル成分を除去する
帯域除去フイルタを接続し、帯域除去フイルタの
両端電圧から被測定増幅器の出力雑音とリプル除
去率とを測定し得るようにしたことを特徴とする
増幅器の電気的特性測定装置。
