Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) サンプル導入管および流入側管路に熱交換
    器を備え、オイルバス内にセツトされた蒸留容器
    と、該蒸留容器内に発生した水蒸気を流出させる
    流出側管路に備えた冷却器とを有するふつ素水蒸
    気蒸留装置において、前記蒸留容器の流入側管路
    に水を所定の一定圧力で連続的に供給しうる水の
    供給装置を接続したことを特徴とするふつ素水蒸
    気蒸留装置。 (2) 前記蒸留容器の内底部に一端を開口して、
    該容器内に充填されたサンプル液の廃液を容器外
    へ流出させる廃液排出用管及び該管を開閉する活
    栓を装備した請求項(1)に記載のふつ素水蒸気蒸
    留装置。
