Claims (1)
- 溶湯保持炉の鋳込口に配設され、溶湯を冷却し
て鋳造管を形成し、この鋳造管を引抜き可能とす
る連続鋳造用鋳型装置において、黒鉛からなり、
保持炉の溶湯収容領域に臨んで鋳型中心軸まわり
に不連続的に開口する溶湯注入通路を備えるとと
もに、溶湯注入通路に連通して溶湯を管状に凝固
形成する管成形通路を備える鋳型本体と、セラミ
ツクからなり、鋳型本体における保持炉の溶湯収
容領域に臨む表面部に設けられる被覆部材と、を
有してなることを特徴とする金属管の連続鋳造用
鋳型装置。
