Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a detergent composition for kitchen, barber, beauty shop, etc., having excellent detergency and frothing power and low irritancy to skin and eye, by using specific amounts of an alpha-olefin sulfonic acid salt, a sulfosuccinate surfactant, an imidazoline-base ampholytic surfactant, etc., as essential components. CONSTITUTION:The objective detergent composition contains (A) an alpha-olefin sulfonic acid salt, (B) a surfactant of formula I [R is group of formula II (R1 is 8-22C alkyl or 8-22C alkenyl; m is 1-20 on an average); M is cation capable of forming a water-soluble salt and selected from H, alkali metal, ammonium, etc.], (C) an imidazoline-base ampholytic surfactant and (D) an alkanolamide-type nonionic surfactant. The weight ratios of A/B is 1/3-3/1, C/A is 1/(10-1) and D/(A+B) is 1/(20-2) and the sum of A+B+C+D is 10-40wt.% based on the whole composition.

Detergents are naturally required to have excellent cleaning properties such as detergency and foaming power, as well as cleaning agents for the human body (shampoo, body shampoo, etc.), cleaning agents for tableware and cooking utensils, and wool. Light detergents and other detergents that come into direct contact with the skin are required to have low irritation to the skin and eyes, and also to have good solution stability.

By the way, as a system that satisfies these demands to some extent, what have you recently done? The combination of a lyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate and an imidacillin type amphoteric surfactant has become popular, particularly in shampoos. However, with this combination? If the ratio of lyoxyalkyl ether sulfate is high, the shampoo properties such as foaming properties and detergency will be satisfied, but the irritation will be relatively high. Although the irritation level is lowered, there is a drawback that the foaming property and cleaning power are insufficient.

In order to solve the above problems, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-12739
No. 6 contains a sulfosuccinic acid surfactant as the third essential component. however,
The sulfosuccinic acid surfactant itself is a relatively mild anionic surfactant, and is also disclosed in JP-A-56-38395.
As shown in No. 1, it has the effect of reducing the irritation of AES when combined with Alas, but because it generally lacks foaming power and low-temperature stability, it is used only as a co-activator for AES. It has a desk shape.

On the other hand, in recent years, attention has been called to the by-product of dioxane in AES, especially in Toyutsu and Q, and the trend has been to remove dioxane from S, which is a hypoallergenic cleaning product that does not contain AES. The development of new agents is desired.

A comparatively similar cleaning agent that does not contain any AES is JP-A-55-86892.
There is a product containing two components, a sulfosuccinic acid surfactant and an imidacillin amphoteric surfactant, but this also has problems with foaming properties.

As a result of intensive studies to solve this problem, the inventors found that (A) α-olefin sulfonate % (B)! By adding C) an imidacillin amphoteric surfactant and an alkanolamide type nonionic surfactant to a given sulfoconolic acid ester surfactant, irritation is reduced without impairing foaming power and detergency. Moreover, the present inventors have discovered that a cleaning composition that can satisfy the stability of the solution can be obtained, and have completed the present invention.

As the sulfosuccinic ester surfactant (B) in the present invention, one derived from a higher alcohol ethoxylate or higher fatty acid amide represented by the above formula (1) and having an ethoxy group is used. The polymerization number m of ethoxy groups in formula (1) is more preferably from 2 to 10, since although the irritation level decreases as the number m increases, the basic performance as a cleaning agent decreases. In addition, as the higher alcohol represented by RIOf(), not only primary alcohols but also secondary alcohols are preferably used.
