Claims (1)
- レーザ共振器の光路に配置した三角柱状の全反
射部材と、この全反射部材のレーザ光全反射面に
対向する板状の全反射制御用部材と、この全反射
制御用部材と前記全反射部材との間隙を伸縮する
ピエゾ素子とを備えているＱスイツチにおいて、
前記レーザ光全反射面及び前記全反射制御用部材
を通過して侵入したレーザ光を逃がす侵入レーザ
光案内穴が前記ピエゾ素子の中心軸に沿つて設け
てあることを特徴とするＱスイツチ。
