本考案は、自動車用天井シートの張設構造の改

が、該吊架袋6の成形加工面でも工程数上の問題
点を有すると共に、該吊架袋6内に一本づつ支持
部材1を挿通することも煩雑であるから、組付作
業性の向上でも問題視されている。又、金属丸棒
の支持部材1は天井シート5の張設時に、ルーフ
レール3の係止孔4を支点として下方に回動する

有する別体成形のキヤツプを嵌着し、他方ルーフ
レールに該キヤツプの係合溝を係合する係止片を
設けて、該ルーフレールの係止片に支持部材の両
端部に嵌着されたキヤツプの係合溝を係合させる
構成を採用することにより、上記各問題点を有効

方湾曲により自身の両端がルーフレール16の係
止片17に強く押接されることとなるので、係止
片17と係合溝12の係合が確実となり、支持部
材11が振れたり又は従来の如く下方に回動する

の如く、天井シートにいちいち吊架袋を形成し
て、該各吊架袋内に一本一本支持部材を挿通する
必要がなくなるので、天井シートの張設作業の向
上が図れると共に、吊架袋の成形加工が全く不要
