ａ 産業上の利用分野
本考案は自動車のサイドボデイアウターパネル
に係り、特にセンターピラー部の上端部に、内側
方向に屈曲した凹部を一体成形したサイドボデイ

をプレス成形したものであつて、上レール部５と
下レール部（図示せず）とを有し、この上レール
部５と下レール部は、フロントピラー部６、セン
ターピラー部７およびリヤピラー部８によつて相

同時成形されるものであつて、プレス成形後凹部
１１内に詰物１２が嵌合されて外観上の体裁が整
えられる。なお第３図中の鎖線は従来のセンター

記凹部の絞り効果が上レール部に作用し、上レー
ル部におけるデフオームの発生を防止することが
できる。従つて、従来のように上レール部に沿つ
てデザインビード９を形成してデフオームを目だ
たないようにしたり、あるいは手作業にてデフオ
ームを取除く仕上げ工程が不要となり、低コスト
で車両の外観を向上させることができる。f.
