付カラーは副基準穴より大径のバカ穴形状か長穴
形状に形成される。この様に、各車体取付部に設
置される補強用の取付カラーは、4ケ所の車体取
付部に応じて4種類を用意しなければならず、そ
の為、取付け作業性が悪くコスト高になると共
に、取付カラーの在庫管理が面倒であり、且つ取
付カラーが比較的大きい為小さな車体取付部に取
付けられない等の不便欠点があつた。

ラー8の突き合わせ両端8′,8″を図示実施例の
如く、山形と谷形の組合わせ状に形成することに
より、取付孔7a〜7dに圧入設置する際に、取
付カラー8が非リンダ状に変形するのを防止し得
ると共に、取付孔7a〜7dに設置する前の状態
において取付カラー8同士が絡み合う煩わしさを
防止することが出来る。
