と、拭き取り治具に拭き取りテープを供給する拭
き取りテープ移送手段と、該拭き取りテープを拭
き取り治具に供給する途中において設けられる塗
料の溶剤を貯蔵した拭き取りシンナー槽と、該拭
き取りシンナー槽の後段に位置し拭き取りテープ
に吸水性材料から成る吸い取り部材を摺接するよ
うにした過剰シンナー除去機構とから構成したこ
