Claims (1)
設けた密封炉内を前記導入口と排出口との間で多
数の通孔を設けたフイルター支持板にてガス導入
室とガス排出室とに区画し、前記フイルター支持
板の各通孔のガス排出室側にベルマウスを取付け
るとともに、該通孔のガス導入室側には、上下に
開口した筒状のセラミツクスフイルターを、その
内部に挿通した支持杆の下端をガスケツトを介し
てフイルターの下端開口部を被覆した底蓋を貫通
して該支持杆下端に螺着したナツトにて底板下面
を支持するとともに、該支持杆上端をフイルター
支持板上のベルマウスに外嵌して設けた圧縮バネ
の上部にベルマウス及び通孔を貫通してハンガー
部材にて係止することにより、多数の筒状セラミ
ツクスフイルターをその下端開口部が密封され且
つ上端がフイルター支持板下面に圧接されて上端
開口部がフイルター支持板の通孔及びベルマウス
に連通してガス排出室側に開口した状態でフイル
ター支持板下面のガス排出室内に吊下し、前記セ
ラミツクスフイルターの上端開口部の上方には該
フイルターの筒内方向へ開口し圧縮空気供給手段
に関係付けた圧縮空気噴射ノズルを配設してなる
ことを特徴とする高温ガス集塵機。 (2) フイルター支持板下面の通孔周囲に環状嵌
合溝を設け、該嵌合溝内にガスケツトを介して円
筒状のセラミツクスフイルターの上端部を嵌合、
圧接してなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の高温ガ
ス集塵機。 (3) セラミツクスフイルターとして、アルミナ
、炭化珪素、又はコーデイライト等の多孔質セラ
ミツクスにて作成してなるものを用いてなる特許
の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の高温ガス集塵機。 (4) 支持杆としてステンレス鋼の表面をカロラ
イズしたものを用いてなる特許請求の範囲第1項
又は第2項又は第3項記載の高温ガス集塵機。 (5) 圧縮バネとして、インコイル製のものを用
いてなる特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項又は第
