旋状に複数回巻回して半径方向に重畳形成される
と共に、螺旋方向に巻回するに従つて中心軸方向
に変位し、且つ中心軸方向に所定の圧縮バネ力を
有するように形成され、上記チツプシール31の
中心軸方向の両端面が上記固定部材22と回転体
8とにリング状に圧接されていることを特徴とす
る回転式流体装置のシール構造。 (2) チツプシール31は、シール材33が周回
方向に変位自在に形成されていて、該チツプシー
ル31の内周側と外周側との流体差圧により巻込
み巻戻し自在に構成されていることを特徴とする
