Claims (1)
- 固定主型に向け可動主型を接合して、固定主型
の固定型入子と可動主型の可動型入子との間に形
成される製品成型チヤンバに溶湯を注入し、所望
の製品を成型するダイカスト金型構造において、
前記固定主型もしくは可動主型のいずれか一方の
主型部の入子背面に面する側に開口部を設け、こ
の開口部に隙間を有して収納される背面止め板を
、入子背面に固定具により着脱自在に固定し、こ
の背面止め板には、入子の冷却穴に挿入される冷
却パイプ及びこの冷却パイプに連通する冷却通路
を設けて、この冷却通路に冷却管を連通させるこ
とを特徴とするダイカスト金型構造。
