- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) テープ状に形成される中心導体と、この中
心導体を囲むように形成されるテープ状の絶縁体
と、この絶縁体を囲むように形成されるテープ状
の外部導体と、この外部導体を囲むように形成さ
れるテープ状のシースとを備えたことを特徴とす
るフラツト形同軸ケーブル。 (2) 両端部にインピーダンス整合器を備えた第
１項記載のフラツト形同軸ケーブル。
