後の支出予定額9をこれに加算することにより、直接工
事費の最終原価FC,最終予想損益FBを、工事中の任
意の時点で把握することが出来る。作業所は、工事の実
施に伴い工事原価実績を収集・整理し、原価計算を行い
、常に工事実施原価と予算金額との対比を行う。この結
果、損益が赤字となっている工種科目KMについては、
施工法の改善、施工計画の修正、設計変更等の対策を取
る。
