- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車体１１の屋根１２に、サンルーフ１４が後上
りに傾斜するチルトアツプ状態と、略水平になる
チルトダウン状態とに移動自在に設けられ、車体
１１の後上部に、可動式リアスポイラー１９が後
上りに傾斜するスポイラー状態と、略水平になる
非スポイラー状態とに移動自在に設けられた車輌
において、 前記サンルーフ１４がチルトアツプ状態のとき
スポイラー１９が非スポイラー状態となりかつサ
ンルーフ１４がチルトダウン状態のときスポイラ
ー１９がスポイラー状態になるように、サンルー
フ１４の動作に連動してスポイラー１９を駆動さ
せる連動機構２３が設けられていることを特徴と
する可動式リアスポイラーの駆動装置。
