Claims (1)
回転可能に支持し、前記ケース及び前記駆動部材
にゼンマイ１０の両端部をそれぞれ取付け、前記
ケースに前記支軸と平行に回動軸１４を回転可能
に支持し、前記駆動部材を前記ゼンマイの蓄力方
向へ回動せしめる巻き上げ部材１９を前記回動軸
に独立に回転可能に支持し、前記回動軸に係合し
て軸線方向へのみ摺動し得るクラツチ部材２０を
支持し、前記ゼンマイの蓄力方向と反対の方向へ
の前記巻き上げ部材の回転を阻止する逆転防止機
構１７，２３を設け、前記クラツチ部材をばね２
１によつて前記巻き上げ部材に係合させ、前記ク
ラツチ部材の周溝２７に係合する突起２６を有し
前記クラツチ部材を前記巻き上げ部材から分離す
るように枢動し得るレバー２４を前記ケースに枢
着し、該レバーを枢動させる操作部材２９を設け
、前記回動軸の外端部にハンドル１５を取付け、
前記駆動部材を前記クランク軸に駆動上連結した
