した電気信号を出力する光・電気変換手段と、 この光・電気変換手段の出力波形の最大値に応
じた電圧波形を得る包絡線検波装置と、 基準電圧の設定電圧を発生する基準電圧発生器
と、 この基準電圧発生器の出力と前記包絡線検波装
置の出力との差を増幅し、前記レーザに駆動のた
めの信号を電圧・電流変換器を介して出力する差
動増幅器 とを具備し、前記レーザ電流断続装置によりオン
・オフされるレーザの発振出力の最大値が、前記
基準電圧発生器の設定値に対応して一定値に保た
れるように制御されることを特徴とするレーザ発
