Abstract

行したときに歯切り加工を停止せしめる装置とを備えた
歯切盤本体と共に、前記停止装置の信号を受は別途用意
されるバリ取り用刃物を、前記加工外周面の歯切り加工
の切上げ側端部近傍で、而も前記ホブカッターの加工部
位と円周方向にずれた位置に、自動的に前記バリ取り刃
物の刃先が圧接又は退避できる様な調節装置を介して固
着した機構を、歯切盤本体に配設したものである。

材の所定位置まで進行し歯切り動作が停止すると、其の

前記調節装置1−3が動作してバリ取り用刃物3の刃先
を被加工部材の端部に発生したバリに当接せしめてバリ
を除去し、バリを除去したあとに前記調節装置1−3が

と円周方向にずれた位置に、自動的に当該刃物の刃先を
圧接又は退避せしめる調節装置を介して固着した機構を
備えた事を特徴とするバリ取り装置を具備した歯切盤。
