Research has been done on using powder,
It has been found that high density recording is possible.

When the plate ratio is increased, the packing density when used as a medium decreases, and the saturation magnetization of the magnetic powder also decreases, so the plate ratio is approximately 3.5 to 3.5.
It is necessary to control it within the range of 5.0.

In other words, if the magnetic properties change significantly with temperature, the recording and reproducing characteristics of the magnetic recording medium will vary significantly with changes in the ambient temperature during use, causing a practical problem.

As a result, by replacing a part of the purchased element Pe with a predetermined amount of 2' or Hf' and other elements for valence adjustment, the plate ratio becomes moderately large.
We also found that the temperature dependence of coercive force was significantly reduced.

As a result, the reproduction output of the magnetic recording medium decreases, and conversely, the reproduction output of the magnetic recording medium decreases to 0.
This is because if the amount exceeds 2 μl, the coercive force decreases and noise during reproduction becomes significant during high-density recording.

In order to match the valence of the Fe atom to be replaced with 3, it is necessary to use them in combination so that the average valence becomes 3. And the amount of substitution per chemical formula of these substitution elements is 2

If it is less than 0.5, the magnitude of the plate ratio and the temperature dependence of coercive force (He) will not be sufficiently improved, and if it exceeds 0.5, the saturation magnetization of the magnetic powder will drop significantly, making it difficult to use it as a magnetic recording medium.
