Abstract

PURPOSE: To reliably install tiles with no play by fitting the tiles to adjacent shape steels fitted to a tile installing base face, inserting flexible pipes between the tiles and the base face, and injecting and expanding a filler. CONSTITUTION: Shape steels 4, extended with flanges 4a on the side, are fixed via anchors at prescribed intervals on the surface of a concrete wall 3. Recessed grooves 2 are provided on both side faces of tiles 1, and the recessed grooves 2 are fitted to the flanges 4a of the adjacent shape steels 4 to temporarily tack the tiles 1 to the concrete wall 3. Flexible pipes 6 are inserted into gaps between the back faces of the tiles 1 and the surface of the concrete wall 3, a hardening filler is injected into the flexible pipes 6 and expanded, and the recessed grooves of the tiles 1 are pressed to the flanges 4a of the shape steels 4 to firmly install the tiles 1 to the concrete wall 3.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was proposed to solve these problems, and consists of fixing shaped steel materials at predetermined intervals on the surface of the tile attachment base, and then The concave grooves provided on both sides of the tile are fitted into the flanges of adjacent shaped steel materials, and then a hollow cylindrical piece is inserted between the back surface of the tile and the base surface, and the hollow cylindrical piece is hardened. This relates to the tie A/pasting method, which is characterized by injecting a filler.

(Function) In the present invention, as described above, steel is fixed on the surface of the base for tile attachment at predetermined intervals, and flanges of the same type of steel are used to connect the flanges of adjacent type of steel to both sides of the tile. The tiles are temporarily attached to the base surface via the shaped steel material by fitting into the grooves provided on the surface.

Next, a hollow cylindrical piece is inserted into the gap formed between the back surface of the tile and the base surface, a curable filler is injected into the cylindrical piece, and the internal pressure of the filler causes the cylindrical piece to inflate,
After the filler hardens, the tile is firmly fixed to the base surface without any play through the cylindrical piece, completing the tiling.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, tiles can be attached to the tile attachment base with simple construction and without requiring any skill, and the tile can be attached between the back surface and the base. The hollow cylindrical piece filled with a hardening filler interposed in the tile allows the tile to be reliably attached to the base surface without any backlash, and the grooves on both sides of the tile are fixed to the base surface. Since it is fitted into the seven lunges of the shaped steel material, the tiles are prevented from peeling off, and there is no efflorescence unlike the conventional method of bonding the tiles to the base using mortar, making it suitable for use in cold regions. However, there is no limit to the construction period.

Next, a fluid hardening filler such as cement paste is injected into the flexible tube (6), and the flexible tube (6) is expanded by the internal pressure of the filler. The groove (2) is crimped to the 7 flanges (4 cL) of the steel mold material (4) to prevent rattling of the tile (1), and after the filler hardens, the tile (1) is attached to the steel mold material (4). It is firmly attached to the concrete wall (3) through the tile to prevent the tile from peeling off after the tile installation.
