(発明の効果) 本発明の高周波プラグ焼入装置においては、規格外の被
処理品が誤って搬入されたときには、それが除去される
ため、規格外の被処理品により、プラグ等の装置の部品
が損傷することがなく、装置の耐久性が向上する。また
、3回誤って搬入されたときに初めて装置の運転が停止
され、規格外の被処理品が1回または2回搬入された場
合には、運転は停止されないため、その前の段階で搬入
され、既に処理ラインに載っている製品の処理を中断し
て不良品とすることもない。このため、作業効率が上が
り、生産コストも大幅に低減できる。

較手段と、 当該規格外の被処理品を前記搬入位置から除去する除去
手段とからなる被処理品搬入制御機構を備えてなる高周
波プラグ焼入装置。
