たスリーブを取付ボルトの略全長に亘って外嵌し、かか
る状態でステーブクーラーを炉内に装入吊り降ろして予
め開設した前記貫通孔にスリーブ毎挿入し、しかる後ス
リーブを取り外してステーブクーラーを鉄皮に取付ける
ことを要旨とするものである。

されることになる。そして、取付ボルト3の先端に螺合
したスリーブ固定金物9を取り外して、スリーブ5を同
様に取り外した後、例えば取付ボルト3と貫通孔4間に
第2図に示すような案内金物10を介設し、取付ボルト
3にナツト1)を螺締めしてステーブクーラー2を鉄皮
1に取付けるのである。

より細径で基端側の径が前記貫通孔の径より若干小径と
なしたスリーブを取付ボルトの略全長に亘って外嵌し、
かかる状態でステーブクーラーを炉内に装入吊り降ろし
て予め開設した前記貫通孔にスリーブ毎挿入し、しかる
後スリーブを取り外してステーブクーラーを鉄皮に取付
けるものである為、ステーブクーラーの取付位置が正確
となり、またステーブクーラーの取付ボルトの保護が図
れる。従って、本発明方法によれば、複数のステーブク
ーラーを取替えても取付精度不良に基づく取付不能箇所
が皆無となり、同時にステーブクーラー同士の継ぎ目の
寸法も所要寸法範囲内で取付けることができ、継ぎ目の
隙間の過大に起因する鉄皮の赤熱事故が皆無となる等極
めて大なる効果を有する。

ブを取り外してステーブクーラーを鉄皮に取付けること
を特徴とする高炉ステーブクーラーの取替方法。
