のパレットに複数の荷を載せたり、複数種類の荷を載せ
て格納している。この場合には、一般に、出庫したなら
ば、必要数の荷又は必要種類の荷をピッキングし、そし
て残りの荷をパレットと共に倉庫に戻すようにしている

[発明が解決しようとする問題点]
複数のパレットに対して出庫要求があった場合、その出
庫順は、例えば入庫した順(先入れ先出し)等で、行っ
ており、単載パレットであるか混載パレットであるかに
よって、グルービングして出庫するような方法は取られ
ていなかった6単載であれば、単載パレットを出庫口か
らパレットごと降ろす作業を行い、混載であれば、必要
部品のみ取り出し、残りは、再び入庫するように指示す
る作業を行わなければならない。単載、混載によって出
庫順がグルービングされていなければ、出庫作業を行う
オペレータは、順次出庫されて来るパレットの内容に従
って異なる作業をしなければならないので、出庫作業の
効率が悪い。特に、単載パレットの出庫口と混載パレッ
トの出庫・再入庫口が異なった場所にあるときは、オペ
レータの場所移動の手間等が、かかるなど、効率が悪い
