- 多孔性材より成り、加熱調理器の内部に形成さ
れた調理用空間内に収容され、蒸し料理される被
調理物を載置する蒸し板において、上記被調理物
を載置する面上に、略直角を成す２方向に配列さ
れる複数の突起を設けたことを特徴とする蒸し板
。
