[Detailed description of the invention] This invention provides an electrical contact connector to the mount surface of an interchangeable lens camera to transmit lens information, that is, the maximum aperture value, minimum aperture value, or a switching signal indicating whether the lens aperture control is automatic or manual. Recent trends in cameras include the use of digital control circuits for exposure control, and cameras with interchangeable lens groups have begun to input information about various lenses to the camera in the form of digital signals. On the other hand, given the trend toward smaller and lighter cameras and lenses, various restrictions have emerged regarding the location where they can be installed for signal transmission. Therefore, it is possible to arrange connectors for these electrical contacts on the mount surface, but since the mount surface must be flat, the electrical contact pins on the camera side or lens side must be movable in the optical axis direction. . Then, when attaching the lens to the camera, it is necessary to rotate the lens by pushing in the spring that is biased on the movable pin that protrudes from the mount surface, which not only causes galling of the lens and body mount, but also increases the mounting rotational torque. However, the more electrical contact pins there are, the heavier it becomes, and uneven torque occurs. In addition, signal transmission may be hindered due to wear of electrical contacts, etc.

The present invention was made to eliminate such factors that could lead to product defects. When the lens is attached, the movable pin of the electrical contact is pushed in from the mount surface in conjunction with pushing in the mount lock button, or the electrical contact is pushed in from the mount surface. By weakening the spring pressure of the spring applied to the movable pin, the mounting rotation torque can be reduced.
This smoothens the signal transmission between electrical contacts.

First, in Figure 1, a mount 1 is attached to the front plate 13 on the camera side, and there is a hole in the mount 1, and a mount lock pin 2 is inserted into one of the holes, and the lock lever 15 is crimped into this pin 2. A lock button 3 is attached to the lever 15 so that the lever 15 can be moved only in the direction of the optical axis.
On the other hand, the mount 1 has holes in several other places, and electrical contact movable pins 5 are inserted therein while being insulated by insulating collars 6. An electric board 7 on which copper foil parts are printed is attached to the front plate 13 on the camera side, facing the lower side of the movable electric contact pins 5. A movable pin spring 9 is inserted between the electric contact movable pin 5 and the electric board 7, and biases the electric contact movable pin 5 toward the mounting surface side. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, between the collar 5a of the electric contact movable pin 5 and the collar 2a of the mount lock pin 2, there is an insulating plate that can be moved only in the optical axis direction by a guide pin 14. 4, and when the mount lock button 3 is pushed down with each electric contact movable pin 5 insulated, the insulating plate 4
The electrical contact movable pin 5 is configured to be pushed down in the same direction via the electrical contact movable pin 5, and the electrical contact movable pin 5 can also be pushed down alone.

Now, Fig. 1 shows a state in which the lens is not attached, but when the lens is attached from that state, the mount lock pin 2 is first pushed in by the lens mount surface, and as described above, the mount lock pin 2 is pushed in through the insulating plate 4. The electric contact movable pin 5 is also pushed in. Next, when the lens is rotated by a predetermined angle, the camera side mount lock pin 2 is inserted into the notch 10 of the lens mount 10.
Enter a. At the same time, the electrical contact movable pin 5, which had been pushed in by the mount lock pin 2, is released and attempts to restore its original state. The electric contact movable pin 5 biased by the movable pin spring 9 comes into contact with a fixed contact pin 12 positioned in advance on the lens mount 10 and receives a signal from the lens side. Conversely, when removing the lens, by pressing down the mount lock button 3, the electric contact movable pin 5 is also pressed down as described above.
The mount lock pin 2 is the only thing that comes into contact with the lens mount 10 when the lens rotates, both when it is mounted and when it is removed.

In Figures 5 and 6, mount lock pin 2
What is pushed down in conjunction with this is not the electrical contact movable pin 5, but the electrical board 7 facing this pin 5, and a board spring 16 is inserted between this electrical board 7 and the front plate 13. When the mount lock pin 2 is pushed in, the electrical board 7 is pushed in against the board spring 16, and the electrical board 7 is pushed in.
By weakening the spring pressure of a movable pin spring 9 inserted between the electric contact movable pin 5 and the electric contact movable pin 5, friction between the lens mount 10 and the camera side mount 1 is reduced during lens attachment/detachment.

As described above, the present invention is an interchangeable lens camera that transmits lens information to the camera side, and is a camera with a simple configuration that has electrical contacts on the mount surface. By reducing the friction of the contact parts, it is possible to provide a camera that allows the lens to be attached and detached easily and evenly, eliminates wear on the electrical contacts, and allows smooth and stable signal transmission.

In order to electrically input information such as the maximum aperture value specific to each interchangeable lens into the electrical circuit on the camera body side, an electrical contact pin is installed on the mount surface of the camera side opposite to the electrical contact provided on the mount surface of the interchangeable lens side. In an interchangeable lens camera in which the electrical contact pins are individually and independently biased in the direction of protruding from the mount surface by an elastic member, when the interchangeable lens is attached to the mount on the camera side, the electrical contact pins are In order to reduce the heavy mounting rotational torque caused by the presence of the pin, the pressing force applied to the mount lock member when the lens is mounted is applied in a direction in which the electrical contact pin is recessed from the mount surface, or in a direction in which the electrical contact pin is applied to the electrical contact pin. A direct or indirect engagement relationship is provided between the mount lock member and the electrical contact pin itself or a member attached thereto so that the biasing force of the elastic member is weakened. A signal transmission device between an interchangeable lens and a camera.
