準電圧と比較する比較回路と、この比較回路の比
較出力に応じて前記GaAsFETのゲート制御
電圧を発生する制御電圧発生回路と、前記電力増
幅器の増幅動作の開始に先立ち前記比較回路に所
定のオフセツト電圧を前記検出電圧に重畳して供
給し前記ゲート制御電圧を負電圧に設定するオフ
セツト回路とを具備したことを特徴とする自動電
