【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車体フロアに前後スライド機構を介して取
付けられたシートクツシヨンと、下部がシートク
ツシヨンの後端にヒンジ部を介して連結され、上
部が車体の背パネル側に上下方向に延びる長穴を
有するアジヤスタを介して上下方向に移動可能な
状態で取付けられたシートバツクとを備える車両
用シートにおいて、前記シートバツクの上方にヘ
ツドレストが配設され、該ヘツドレストはシート
バツクに取付けられたヘツドレスト本体と、該ヘ
ツドレスト本体の両側部に前後方向に回動可能に
枢支部により枢支された左右一対のヘツドレスト
サイド部を有し、前記ヘツドレストサイド部の枢
支部と離間した位置にリンク部材の一端が夫々枢
支され、該リンク部材の他端が車体の背パネル側
に夫々取付けられ、前記シートバツクの下方への
移動により、前記左右一対のヘツドレストサイド
部が前記リンク部材により回動されるようになさ
れていることを特徴とする車両用シート。 (2) 車体フロアに前後スライド機構を介して取
付けられたシートクツシヨンと、下部がシートク

本体の両側部に前後方向に回動可能に枢支部によ
り枢支された左右一対のヘツドレストサイド部を
有し、前記ヘツドレストステイの中間に一端が枢
支され、他端がシートバツクフレーム側に枢支さ
れた第１のリンク部材と、一端がヘツドレストサ
イド部の前記枢支部と離間した位置に枢支され、
他端が前記第１のリンク部材に枢支された第２の
リンク部材とを備え、前記シートバツクの下方へ
の移動により、前記ヘツドレスト本体及びヘツド
レストサイド部が第１のリンク部材により前方に
回動されると共に、前記左右一対のヘツドレスト
サイド部が前記第２のリンク部材により前方に回
動されるようになされていることを特徴とする車
