Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of overshoot by a method wherein the control unit of a hot water cold water mixing device, during the re-feed of hot water after one stop, a valve can be promptly driven to an original opening position responding to a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:A valve control deciding means 9 compares output signals from a temperature detecting means 4 and a temperature set means 8 with each other based on a hot water feed command to a flow regulating valve 3, And controls a feed hot water temperature T to a value approximately similar to a set temperature Ts. When control to shift hot water feed to a stop is effected by a control means 5, the opening positions of a hot water cold water mixing valve 1 and a flow regulating valve 3 are written in position memories 11 and 10, respectively, and a command to close the valve 3 is outputted to a flow regulating valve drive means 14. When control by the control means 5 is effected, a command by means of which the valve 1 is driven to an opening position stored in the hot water cold water mixing valve position memory 11 is outputted to a valve drive means 13, and meanwhile a command by means of which the valve 3 is driven to the opening of a flow regulating valve position memory 10 is outputted to the flow regulating valve drive means 14.

(Prior Art) A hot water mixing device that attempts to obtain hot water at a desired temperature by adjusting the amount of hot water passing through a satsuma valve and the amount of water passing through a water valve is well known. Among these types of hot water mixing devices, there is one that can manually operate a first stop valve to maintain a constant amount of hot water and supply or stop the hot water supply. For example, there are washbasin clickers and shower clickers that have this type of mechanism, and in general, the operation mechanism is a one-stop button, one-stop knob, etc. because the purpose is to temporarily stop hot water supply. It is called.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Therefore, if such a one-stop state continues for more than a certain period of time and the water temperature near the hot water supply mouth drops, the temperature control system will follow the temperature drop and restore the set temperature. If possible, the hot water mixing valve will be moved to the high temperature side. If such control is executed, abnormally high temperature water (for example, boiling water) will be supplied when hot water is supplied again, which is dangerous, and overshoot will occur during subsequent control, making it difficult to reach stable temperature control. It took a while.

The valve control determining means 9 firstly detects the temperature detecting means 4 and the temperature setting means 8 based on the hot water supply command such as the stop valve 3.
, and control the hot water supply temperature T to approach the set temperature T5.Secondly, when there is an operation of heating/stopping the heating by the operation means 5, the hot water mixture at the time of the operation is controlled. The opening positions of the valves and flow control valves are respectively written in the position memory 11.10, and a command to close the flow control valve 3 is output to the flow control valve driving means 14, and then the operating means 5 performs the stop → hot water supply operation. If so, a command to drive the hot water mixing valve 1 at the maximum speed to the opening position stored in the hot water mixing valve position memory 11 is outputted to the valve driving means 13 as described above, and the one-way flow regulating valve 3 is flow controlled. A command to open the valve to the opening position stored in the valve position memory 10 is output to the flow control valve driving means 14.

The mixing valve position memory 11 is used to write the opening position of the hot water mixing valve at the time of hot water supply from the mixing valve position detecting means 6, using the hot water supply stop command from the operating means 5 as a set signal S2. Similarly, the flow control valve position memory 10 reads the opening position of the flow control valve 3 at the time of hot water supply from the flow control valve position detection means 6, using the hot water supply stop command from the operation means 5 as a set signal S1. The contents of these hot water mixing valve and flow control valve position memories 11.10 are read out by a command signal from the valve control determining means 9 itself, and the stored contents of these position memories are read out by a set signal S which is a hot water supply stop command from the operation means 5. It is updated every time it is manually updated.

The valve speed calculating means 12 calculates the opening/closing speed of the valve based on the type of output signal of the valve control determining means 9. For example, in the first control described above, normal opening/closing control is executed, and in the second control, a command is given to move eight lines at the maximum speed to the valve position stored in the mixing valve position memory 11. Such a valve speed calculation means 12 can be configured, for example, by a table memory storing patterns of various valve opening/closing speeds, and uses a part of the output signal of the valve control determining means 9 as an address signal to generate the opening/closing speed signal. Can be read.

Thereafter, the valve control determining means 9 visually checks whether or not the restart of hot water supply starts (22Y) or not (22N) (22), and when the hot water supply starts, the hot water mixing valve 1 is placed at the valve position stored in the position memory 11. The valve speed calculating means 12 and the valve driving means 13 are operated so as to move 8 lines at full speed (2
3). At this stage, a subroutine is executed to check whether the hot water mixing valve 1 is operating normally (
24) Since the contents of this subroutine can be well-known, their explanation will be omitted. It is checked at regular intervals whether the opening degree of the hot water/water mixing valve l has reached the position stored in the position memory 11 (25), and the valve driving means 13 is operated until the opening degree reaches the position (25N), and step (25) is performed.
23) and (24) are repeated. As a result, when the hot water mixing valve 1 reaches the memorized opening position (25Y), the flow regulating valve driving means 14 is operated in order to open the flow regulating valve 3 to the valve position memorized in step 18 (25Y).
6). At this stage, while similarly executing the fault check subroutine (27), it is checked at regular intervals whether or not the opening degree of the flow control valve 3 has reached the position stored in the position memory (28). The flow control valve driving means 14 is operated until the flow reaches the point (28N), and step (2

The opening centers of the water flow manhole 32a and the hot water inflow hole 32b are set at positions separated by a predetermined angle from the axis of the mixing valve body 32. Therefore, when the mixing valve body 32 is rotated, the water inflow The hole 32a and the hot water inflow hole 32b communicate with the water inflow part 30 and the hot water inflow part 31 at different valve opening degrees, thereby making it possible to mix hot water and water. Further, the opening size and mutual positional relationship of the water inflow hole 32a and the hot water inflow hole 32b are set such that both water and hot water from the water inflow section 30 and the hot water inflow section 31 can be completely closed. When the mixing valve body 32 is rotated from the point where the water is completely cut off, water and hot water are mixed, and when only water is supplied, only the water inlet hole 32a is fully opened or When only hot water is supplied, only the hot water inflow hole 32b can be fully opened.

A communication passage 41 is formed between the mixing valve body 32 and the switching valve body 33 so as to have a passage axis that coincides with the axis of these valve bodies. An impeller-type flow rate detection device 4 that rotates due to the flow of water is provided on the upper side of the communication channel 41.
2, and a temperature sensor 4 serving as a temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the mixed water is arranged on the lower side.

Here, the mixing degree of hot water and water is determined by the rotation of the mixing valve body 32, and the rotation angle of the mixing valve body 32 determines the mixing ratio of water and hot water, so it becomes a temperature setting element of the mixed water, and the temperature sensor 4 Based on the detection signal, the electric motor 12a is driven and controlled so that the required mixed water temperature is obtained. In addition, since the switching valve body 33 supplies mixed water to either the first outflow portion 34 or the second outflow portion 35, a switch is provided to select either of these, and the outflow side changes depending on the rotation angle of the switching valve body 33. The electric motor 40 is driven and controlled so that the flow rate of the mixed water can be set.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, hot water with an abnormally high temperature, such as boiling water, is not discharged when hot water is re-supplied after one-stop, and it is safe, and the opening of the hot water mixing valve can be immediately driven to the steady opening position relative to the set temperature, so overshoot does not occur and stable and efficient control can be performed.
