(Prior Art) A hot water mixing apparatus for obtaining hot water at a desired temperature by adjusting the amount of hot water passing through a hot water valve and the amount of water passing through a water valve is well known. Some of this type of hot water mixing apparatus can stop hot water supply by operating a flow control valve based on a hot water supply stop command. For example, there is a type in which this type of mechanism is provided to a wash basin or a shower basin. In general, for the purpose of temporarily stopping hot water supply, the operation mechanism is provided with a one-stop button, a one-stop knob, or the like. In such a device, even if the hot water supply is stopped once, the temperature control system is operating in preparation for the hot water supply again, and thus such a one-stop state has been maintained for a certain period of time or more, and the temperature of the hot water near the hot water supply port has dropped. In this case, the temperature control system shifts the hot and cold water mixing valve to the high temperature side in order to recover the set temperature following the temperature decrease. Therefore, if such control is performed, hot water having an abnormally high temperature may be supplied when hot water is supplied again, and a dangerous case such as burns may occur.

(Means and Actions for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention relates to a hot water mixing valve for mixing hot water from a water heater and water to adjust the hot water temperature, and a hot water mixing valve. A flow control valve for adjusting the hot water supply amount obtained by the above, a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the hot water mixed by the hot water mixing valve, and a temperature for setting a desired hot water supply temperature obtained through the hot water mixing valve. A setter, operating means for instructing start or stop of the hot water supply, and drive control of the hot and cold water mixing valve to adjust the hot water supply temperature to the set temperature of the temperature setter based on an output of the temperature detecting means; A hot water mixing apparatus comprising: a control unit that controls opening and closing of the flow control valve in response to a hot water supply start or stop command by the operating means. The control unit includes: an opening position of the mixing valve. And a position memory for storing predetermined opening position data. When the hot water supply is stopped by the operating means, the opening position of the mixing valve is compared with the predetermined opening position data and Is closed or the water side is opened, a command is issued to continue the drive control with the drive speed of the mixing valve low, and the opening position of the mixing valve is set to the predetermined opening position. When compared with the data, the valve is provided with a valve control determining means for issuing a command to stop the drive control when it is at the opening position for opening the hot water side or closing the water side. At the time of hot water supply after the top, when the set temperature of the setter is below the predetermined temperature, safe hot water of the set temperature is always discharged, but even when the set temperature is not below the predetermined temperature, That the highest temperature higher than the hot water belonging to the 囲内 is discharged is excellent in without safety. Also, when the hot water supply is started and stopped frequently, the control does not necessarily have to be stopped each time, and excellent responsiveness can be achieved.

Firstly, the valve control determining means 9 compares the output signals of the temperature detecting means 4 and the temperature setting means 8 during hot water supply based on a hot water supply command from the operating means 5 and the output signal of the temperature setting means 8 to determine the hot water supply temperature T. Is controlled to approach the set temperature Ts. Secondly, when the operation of the hot water supply is stopped by the operation of the operating means 5, the driving of the mixing valve 1 by the valve driving means 13 via the valve speed calculating means 12 is reduced and the flow control valve is controlled. The flow control valve 3 is closed while the output signal of the flow control valve position detecting means 7 is monitored by the driving means 14, and the following control is performed.

First, when a command to stop hot water supply is input by operating the operating means 5, the valve control determining means 9 lowers the driving speed of the hot and cold water mixing valve 1 via the valve speed calculating means 12 and the valve driving means 13 (20), The flow control valve 3 is closed by the flow control valve driving means 14 (21). Thereafter, the position data PM of the position memory 10 and the detected position P from the position detecting means 6 are read (22) and (23), respectively, and whether the detected position P is smaller than the position data PM, that is, whether P <PM is satisfied or not. Is determined (24), and if the condition is satisfied (24Y), temperature control is performed so that the hot water forming temperature of the hot / water mixing valve 1 becomes the temperature set in the temperature setting means 8 (25). . Of course, in this case, the driving speed of the valve is low at the step S20.

(Effects of the Invention) As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, at the time of hot water supply after one-stop, if the set temperature of the setter is equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature, safe hot water of the set temperature is always supplied. On the other hand, even when the set temperature is not lower than the predetermined temperature, hot water that is higher than the maximum temperature belonging to the temperature range is not discharged and the safety is excellent. Also, when the hot water supply is started and stopped frequently, the control does not necessarily have to be stopped each time, and excellent responsiveness can be achieved.
