気弁を、車両のエンジンブレーキ走行時に、開状
態に保持するようにしたものにおいて、上記排気
弁を開閉する通常の動弁用ロツカアームに隣接し
てエンジンブレーキ用カムを具えたカム軸を配設
し、適宜のアクチユエータにより上記カム軸を廻
動させることによつて上記エンジンブレーキ用カ
ムが動弁用ロツカアームを介して上記排気弁を開
状態に保持するように構成したことを特徴とする
