Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with a wide clean room and an apparatus for sterilizing a circuit after assembling and to easily perform assembling and replacement by the reduced number of processes, by using a pinch cock in the connection of the terminal of piping and heating a joint part by a portable heater to provide sterilizable constitution.
