が紙容器の内周面層に熱接着されており、かつ該
フランジ部の中心の開口部が、該フランジ部に破
断用環状溝を介して連なる密封片で遮蔽されてい
る紙容器において、 前記紙容器は、ガラス転移温度40°C以上の
低結晶性線状飽和ポリエステル樹脂層からなる内
表面層と、ガスバリヤ性を有するフイルム層を含
んでいる紙複合基材層からなる中間層と、ポリオ
レフイン系樹脂層からなる外表面層との積層構成
による紙容器用積層シートによつて、該積層シー
トにおける前記内表面層が紙容器内周面層となる
ようにして成形されており、 また、前記注出具の少なくともフランジ部及び
密封片は、ガラス転移温度40°C以上の線状飽
和ポリエステル樹脂による一体成形体で形成され
ており、 また、前記注出具のフランジ部及び密封片の内
表面側には、ガラス転移温度40°C以上の線状
飽和ポリエステル樹脂層、接着性ポリオレフイン
樹脂層または接着性ポリエステル樹脂層からなる
外層と、ガラス転移温度40°C以上の未延伸ポ
リエステル樹脂層、ポリアクリルニトリル樹脂層
、エチレン―ビニルアルコール系共重合体樹脂層
、未延伸ナイロン樹脂フイルム層及びポリカーボ
ネート樹脂層からなる群より選ばれた一つの樹脂
層からなる内層と、ガスバリヤ性を有するフイル
ム層を含有している中芯層との積層構成からなる
保護材が、前記保護材における外層が前記注出具
のフランジ部及び密封片に接当するようにして、
該フランジ部及び密封片に熱接着されていること
を特徴とする注出具を備えた紙容器。 (2) 紙容器に穿設された開口部に紙容器の内側
から注出具が差し通され、該注出具のフランジ部
が紙容器の内周面層に熱接着されており、かつ該
フランジ部の中心の開口部が、該フランジ部に破
断用環状溝を介して連なる密封片で遮断されてい
る紙容器において、 前記紙容器はエチレン―ビニルアルコール系共
重合体樹脂層からなる内表面層と、ガスバリヤ性
を有するフイルム層を含んでいる紙複合基材層か
らなる中間層と、ポリオレフイン系樹脂層からな
る外表面層との積層構成による紙容器用積層シー
トによつて、該積層シートにおける前記内表面層
が紙容器内周面層となるように成形されており、 また、前記注出具の少なくともフランジ部及び
密封片は、エチレン―ビニルアルコール系共重合
体樹脂による一体成形体で形成されており、 また、前記注出具のフランジ部及び密封片の内
表面側には、エチレン―ビニルアルコール系共重
合体樹脂層又は接着性ポリオレフイン系樹脂層か
らなる外層と、ガラス転移温度40°C以上の未
延伸ポリエステル樹脂層、ポリアクリルニトリル
樹脂層、エチレン―ビニルアルコール系共重合体
樹脂層、未延伸ナイロン樹脂フイルム層及びポリ
カーボネート樹脂層からなる群より選ばれた一つ
の樹脂層からなる内層と、ガスバリヤ性を有する
フイルム層を含有している中芯層との積層構成か
らなる保護材が、前記保護材における外層が前記
注出具のフランジ部及び密封片に接当するように
して、該フランジ部及び密封片に熱接着されてい
