に熱接着されており、また、紙容器における前記
開口部を閉塞する封止部材が、前記紙容器の少な
くとも内周面層に熱接着されている紙容器におい
て、前記紙容器が、ガラス転移温度４０℃以上の
低結晶性飽和ポリエステル樹脂による内表面層と
、紙複合基材層からなる中間層と、ポリオレフイ
ン系樹脂による外表面層とを具備する紙容器用積
層シートによつて、前記積層シートにおける内表
面層が容器内周面層となるようにして成形されて
おり、また、前記封止部材は、ガラス転移温度４
０℃以上の飽和ポリエステル樹脂による未延伸シ
ート、または、接着性ポリオレフイン系樹脂ある
いは接着性ポリエステル樹脂による接着剤層と２
軸延伸ポリエステル樹脂フイルムとの積層シート
で構成されており、前記封止部材におけるガラス
転移温度４０℃以上の飽和ポリエステル樹脂によ
る未延伸シート、または、接着性ポリオレフイン
系樹脂あるいは接着性ポリエステル樹脂による接
着剤層が、前記紙容器内周面層と接するようにし
て、該内周面層に熱接着されていることを特徴と
