Claims (1)
- ゴム様弾性材料をもつて膜状に製せられ、外周
固定部２をケーシング３に挟持されたダイアフラ
ム１によつて前記ケーシング３の内部空室を分割
し、各空室４，５内に導かれた流体間の圧力差に
よつて前記ダイアフラム１を軸線方向に移動させ
るダイアフラム装置において、前記ダイアフラム
１の外周固定部２内に、弾性材料をもつて軸線方
向の変形可能に製せられた弾性リング８を配置さ
れているダイアフラム装置。
