とを備えた車両用空調制御装置において、前記制
御部にエバ後側温度が凍結限界温度以下か否かを
判定する判定部を設け、該制御部を、前記判定部
から凍結限界温度以下の判定信号が出力されたと
き、該判定信号が出力されている間は前記圧縮機
を最小容量にする制御信号を出力して該圧縮機を
最小容量で制御し、且つ該最小容量制御の開始時
から一定時間経過時に前記凍結限界温度以下の判
定信号が出力されているときに前記圧縮機を停止
させるように構成したことを特徴とする車両用空
