Abstract

PURPOSE: To safely and easily perform loading and unloading operations for hoisted cargo by providing a stage which can be fixed vertically and horizontally in an opening in a floor body, and providing at the end of the stage a fence body which can be fixed in a direction perpendicular to the stage. CONSTITUTION: A vertically and horizontally turnable stage 1 is provided at an opening in a floor body 4 and a turnable fence body 2 is provided at the end of the stage 1. During a loading or unloading operation for hoisted cargo, the stage 1 is turned horizontally and fixed in a horizontal position by the locking part 31 of a receiving metal fitting 3, and the fence body 2 is raised in a perpendicular direction and fixed in place by fitting a projection 21 into a hole 15 in a fastening metal fitting 16. At the end of the operation, the fence body 2 is raised, the fit between the projection 21 and the fastening metal fitting 16 is undone, and the fence body 2 is folded in the direction of a scaffold plate 12; the stage 1 is raised until becoming perpendicular to the floor body 4 and its projection 13 is fitted into a hole 33 in a fastening part 32, whereby the stage 1 can be fixed in a vertical position.
