Claims (1)
- 厚み方向途中に表面からの照射光の光路を横断
する空間を設けてこの空間内にカルボキシヘモグ
ロビンを充填密封した透明ガラス板と、このガラ
ス板の裏面に積層して透過光を反射させる白色板
とで構成され、この器具のカルボキシヘモグロビ
ン充填部における反射スペクトルを基準にして生
体組織のヘモグロビン量と酸素飽和度を測定する
反射光スペクトル分析装置の測定性能を標価する
ようにした反射スペクトル標準器。
