- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 細長い円筒状の外部電極と内部電極とが同軸心
状に配され、それら両電極間に、軸心より見て等
角間隔に複数のスペーサが取付けられている静電
容量式レベルセンサにおいて、 上記スペーサは上記両電極と同軸心で、かつそ
れら電極の長手方向に伸びた螺旋に沿つて取付け
るようにしたことを特徴とする静電容量式レベル
センサ。
