第2三方切換弁、蒸発器、第3三方切換弁を経て
上記圧縮機に戻る冷媒の熱回収運転流路と、上記
第1三方切換弁から空気熱交換器、逆止弁を経て
上記凝縮器に至る冷媒の放熱流路と、上記両流路
と一部を共用して、上記圧縮機から上記第1三方
切換弁、凝縮器、膨張弁、第2三方切換弁、空気
熱交換器から上記第3三方切換弁を経て、上記圧
縮機に戻る冷媒の暖房運転流路と、上記凝縮器内
の熱交換器の出側に設けた温度調節計とを備え、
この温度調節計により第1三方切換弁の切換えを
行わせて、この温度調節計による検出温度が設定
値より低い場合には上記熱回収運転流路を開とし
、上記検出温度が設定値以上の場合には上記放熱
流路を開とするように形成したヒートポンプにお
いて、開閉弁を介して上記熱回収運転流路の上記
凝縮器内と上記圧縮機の吸込側とを連通させるバ
イパス流路と、上記凝縮器内の圧力と上記放熱流
路の空気熱交換器入側圧力との差圧を検出する差
圧検出手段と、上記熱回収運転流路による運転の
停止時に適宜設定時間だけ、あるいは上記差圧検
出手段により上記凝縮器内の圧力の方が小さくな
つたことを検出されるまでの間だけ上記開閉弁を
開くとともに、上記第1三方切換弁側に切換える
