Claims (1)
- 円筒電極内に中心電極を配置し、この両電極間
に電圧を印加することにより得られる電界によつ
て前記両電極間を流通する媒体を殺菌するものに
おいて、前記中心電極近傍の電位勾配の急な領域
に前記媒体を強制的に流通させる手段を設けた殺
菌装置。
