Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a workpiece with multiaxially reinforced reinforcing interliner by arranging diagonally and continuously a plural number of threads, putting thereon other threads crossing said plural number of threads in two layers, fixing each thread with loop thread and unifying a interliner with natural rubber, synthetic rubber or synthetic resin together. CONSTITUTION:An interliner 1 is made of plurality of number of threads 2... a first inserted thread portion 3 diagonally and continuously arranged and other threads 4 crossing said plural number of threads 2 of a inserted thread portion 3, and a second diagonally inserted thread portion 5 into two layers, and by interlocking each thread 2 and 4 of the inserted thread portion 3 and 5 and fixed them. As the thread 2 and 4, a twinned item of one or more kinds from monofilament composed of synthetic fiber, spinning thread, processing thread, metal thread is used. The loop thread may be thinner than said thread 2 and 4. Thereafter, the interliner 1 is unified with natural rubber, synthetic rubber or synthetic resin by means of heat setting, laminating, fusing, impregnating, casting, injection molding, extrusion molding, etc.

<Prior Art> As is well known, tires and belts made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, etc., molded into sheets or appropriate shapes, are subject to pressure, impact, or tension, and will break if not reinforced. There is a risk that a variety of reinforcing interlining materials are used for reinforcement.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, even if the above-mentioned fiber material is used as a reinforcing interlining, reinforcement in the warp and weft directions can be expected to some extent, but reinforcement in the diagonal direction can hardly be expected. So, when pressure, impact, or even tension is applied to tires and belts, they must be used to efficiently disperse the force. The process is extremely complicated because the process involves cutting the A materials appropriately and pasting them together in the direction of the tag or diagonally.

On the other hand, since the loop thread 6 described above is for fixing the thread material 2 of the first diagonally inserted thread portion 3 and the thread material 4 of the second diagonally inserted thread portion 5, the above-mentioned thread material 2 and thread material Although it is possible to use a thread material thinner than thread material 2.4, the material is the thread material 2. Like the yarn material 4, it is desirable to use any one of synthetic fibers such as monofilament, multifilament, spun yarn, elastic yarn, textured yarn, metallic yarn, etc., or a combination of two or more yarns twisted together. Then, one or two of the loop threads 6 are tied around the thread material 2 or the thread material 4 in a loop shape and tied together, so both thread materials 2.4 can be sufficiently fixed.

Although the present invention has been described above with reference to a plurality of embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and can be carried out in any manner as long as the scope described in the claims is not changed. Something will happen. For example, in the fifth embodiment, the weft insertion yarn portion 12 is used instead of the warp insertion yarn portion 9, or the warp insertion yarn portion 9 and the weft insertion yarn portion 12 are overlapped to form the loop yarn 6 and the insertion yarn 15. It is also possible to fix each thread material while intertwining it in series.

8 courses/c11 A nitrile rubber paste containing a vulcanizing agent is applied to the reinforcing interlining having the above structure, and this reinforcing interlining is bonded to an unvulcanized rubber sheet and vulcanized to form a belt. In this case, it will contain a total of four layers: the first diagonally inserted thread part, the second diagonally inserted thread part, the warp inserted thread part, and the weft inserted thread part, so the timing belt etc. If it occurs intermittently, the load is distributed over the thread material in four directions, which is effective in alleviating the impact on the tooth pattern and preventing the tensile member from breaking.
